Plant based milk – 3/4 cup

Bananas – 2

Pea protein powder – 2 scoops (4.3 tbsp)

Peanut butter powder – 1 scoop (2 tbsp)

Cacao powder – 1 tsp

How do I make this peanut butter chocolate protein shake?

Add plant-based milk (I use almond milk), bananas (I use frozen bananas), pea protein powder, peanut butter powder and cacao powder to blender and blend until smooth. For a sweeter taste, don’t use banana unless it has a good amount of brown spots around peel. If you don’t have frozen bananas readily available, then you can just add 1/2 cup of ice if you prefer a cold temperature smoothie.

How do I store the peanut butter chocolate protein shake?

I recommend enjoying this shake immediately, but if need to store it should be fine in the freezer for up to 24 hours for best taste.

Makes 1-2 servings

Ingredients

Plant based milk – 3/4 cup

Bananas – 2

Pea protein powder – 2 scoops (4.3 tbsp)

Peanut butter powder – 1 scoop (2 tbsp)

1. Add plant-based milk, bananas, pea protein, peanut butter powder and cacao powder to blender and blend on low to med. speed until smooth.

2. Pour into cup and enjoy!
