One of my favorite drinks around the Christmas holiday is eggnog. It’s like a yummy, smooth and creamy ice cream drink that you can’t stop drinking (seriously). I made this eggnog vegan, so it’s dairy-free. I also made this recipe nut-free, so to make this vegan eggnog creamier just like traditional eggnog, just freeze one medium to large size banana for 1 to 2 hours before blending with other ingredients below. I decided to add a banana to this eggnog recipe, to help give it more of a creamy taste and it came out great. This easy eggnog recipe is also very quick to make because it takes less than 10 minutes. You may even want to double the recipe if you’re not the only one that’s going to be drinking it because it’s that good.

Hi Margaret,
You should definitely try it, it’s really good. Let me know it turns out 🙂
Ah, yes!
Veganism is not as hard as many may see it. I have tried it myself for ninety days, and I felt fantastic!
I need to try your Eggnog recipe and see how it tastes. I am eating eggs these days but thinking about becoming a vegan. Are you a vegan yourself? If so, how long have you been one? Please share your experiences and any suggestions you may have. Thank you.
Hi Z!
That is awesome that you have tried out eating vegan. I started eating mostly vegan about a year ago due to a health scare (I mention it here). I still have something that’s not completely vegan occasionally and I’m slowly cutting those out of my diet so I can be 100% vegan. I noticed when I do eat vegan for just a few days, I feel better overall. My suggestion is to start slowly, if possible, by cutting out one or two non-vegan items at a time, unless you can completely go 100% vegan overnight, go for it. Thank you for stopping by!
I’ve heard about eggnog but I have never tried to make it. Thank you for the recipe and step by step explanation! It sounds and I believe tastes good in these December days. I am not a vegan or vegetarian, but I find so many good recipes among vegan foods 🙂
You’re welcome! It’s very easy to make and good. Thanks for stopping by!
I just love eggnog and very much appreciate this article. Vegan and dairy-free are good. Banana adds a good touch as well. Thanks for sharing the ingredients. Your photos are very appealing and inspire me to make some now. This recipe will be great as a surprise for my family for the holidays. I look forward to tasting this soon.
Thank you and you’re welcome, Joseph! Enjoy.
